Telegram & Gazette story confirms Battistoni's C.I. Status with Palmer Police
http://www.masslive.com/news/index.ssf/2011/11/gerald_battistoni_man_eyed_in.html

Here is the link to the story confirming Gerald Battistoni's position as a Confidential Informant.

Seems he tried to kill himself when Private Detective Dan Malley started linking him to the murders. I guess maybe he feels guilty.

Where is Kevin Gleason?
It's no secret where Kevin Gleason is today. He's living in Lowell with his fiance - a girl he met in high school and found again on FaceBook while in jail. She just happens to be the sister in law of the Lowell Chief of Police!

correct link to "confidential informant" quote...sorry
I seem to have posted the wrong story, sorry , here's the quote from the Telegram & Gazette story by Kim Ring...

"Palmer police have said Mr. Battistoni worked as a confidential informant for a regional drug task force. A retired police sergeant, Kevin Kopacz, said he twice responded to Mr. Battistoni's homes when he attempted suicide — once by hanging and a second time by carbon monoxide poisoning."

and the link to get the full story...

Still no arrests of police officers involved in this illegal raid
The cat's out of the bag on Gerald Battistoni, and how the police broke the law in the case of the raid on my home. Perjury, creating false evidence, evidence tampering, theft of private property and cash, using color of office to harass and threaten, ... I guess the cops can break all the laws they want in Holland Mass.,

but really, the Task Force has compromised itself by illegally attaching a C.I. number to an affidavit and swearing to the truth of their lies, then conducting a raid on an innocent family.

Will there ever be justice in this case....? How far will the police "code of blue" go when covering up the serious crimes of their fellow police officers?

What are you going to do when the police decide they want to steal your property, who are you gonna' call?

Try Ghostbusters, because the police won't help you.
