It’s winter in NEW ENGLAND
And the gentle breezes blow,
40 miles per hour at 32 below!
Oh, how I love NEW ENGLAND
When the snow’s up to your butt;
You take a breath of winter air
And your nose is frozen shut.
Yes, the weather here is wonderful, You may think I’m a fool.
I could never leave NEW ENGLAND,
Cause I’m frozen to the stool.

Tired
Hi. The owners name is northeast concepts. I don't have the block I'd in front of me but if my memory serves me it's 10/a/3. We have had a survey done of the property although I do not have an electronic copy. There is 200ft + of hard road frontage with over 1000 ft of dirt roads we installed. There is also about 3-400 feet of lakefront. The land has been perced. It is a mix of ledge gravel and topsoils. The topography is a 300 ft difference from the road to the top of the hill with 3 large flat areas with 3 hills facing the lake. The property is 1 mile deep when your standing on mashapaug rd.
There is a new barn with pastures on the property. I attempted to farm the property with nothing but resistance from the town. The reason I want to sell it is because I no longer wish to try to come to terms with the town.
I bought the property in may 2006 for 389k, I was 23 years old. I worked on it everyday for the last 5 years and I cleared most of the trees off the property. Currently I owe 220k and have a 150k judgement against me for cutting down trees (that I was allowed and permitted to cut down). That is how I came up with the number 400k. I don't like to give up but at the same time I don't want to waste my whole life fighting with Holland. I'm looking to move on.
The property is located on mashapaug rd next to amber road. It does not have a number as it is just raw land.
I'm not from Maine.
Feel free to contact me with anymore questions
Mike
