Wonder Why
What gives? Did they find a problem they felt they could not ignore or brush aside amongst the 16 different variances that were needed or what? I thought i heard Johnson felt there was no need for further discussion. Mark your calendars for the next hearing and show up!!!!

What happened?
Peter, what happened at the hearing about the senior housing project on April 21? Are you going to write about it?

I don't know..
This Blog was never meant to be just my blog, the idea was that it would become a community blog, hence the name Holland Blog.
With everybody too busy to even go and vote it is understandable that nobody has the time or is interested in participating.
if I don't do it, nobody does.
I did not write about the public hearing on the low income senior citizen housing because I was out of state that week and was unable to go.
If some one would like to write about it who was there to inform the rest, I would appreciate it. Please email me your report or post it as a comment here, thanks!
I do get emails and a lot of information over the phone on a "but don't tell anybody," or "you didn't hear that from me," basis.
It is remarkable how afraid most people are of Johnson's and Wettlaufer's "rancor" - to use a word a Magistrate judge used in a recent opinion in connection with town and DEP officials conduct - towards people who dare to speak up.
