I like the lie counter. I think the public should know the true character of our top elected officials.
Earl tried to hide the blame for Gleason by saying the past board made Gleason the Chief??
Why would he try to miss-lead Holland residents by saying such a thing?
Are you sure it was Earl and Co that appointed him Mr Frei?
Did the other Selectmen try to correct him on the false statement?
It was good to hear Duggan attended. He should be our new Chief.
He reminds me of Sgt Schultz. That is not an insult by the way.

Correction Mr. Johnson
Mr. Johnson was right about one thing, they should get it right this time. It is always his objective to defame the previous board. He really should get his facts straight. Kevin Gleason was not appointed Chief until July 2002. I had been out of Office since May 3, 2001 and Mr. Foley about two weeks ahead of me. Mr. Foster did stay on until June 30, 2001. If my calculations are correct, there was a 14 month period that passed until Mr. Johnson, Wettlaufer and Peterson appointed Kevin Gleason as Chief and proceeded to re-appoint him as well.
As I have not been involved in the town politics, I am amazed that Mr. Johnson would make this statement, obviously without forethought.
Also, Mr. Johnson failed to admit that up until this controversy, he and Chief Gleason were joined at the hip. Lets at least get it straight.
I, on several occasions (even recently) observed Earl Johnson as passenger in the cruiser with Chief Gleason. I guess he is desserting ex Chief Gleason's sinking ship.
Kudos to Mr. Peterson for doing what is right. Mr. Johnson's venom and jealousy against the previous board is pathetic. He is up to his waist in crap and should leave us alone. I really believe he believes his own crap.
The people of Holland are a lot more intelligent than they are given credit for. We all know there is more to come. To be continued.....

wHERE ARE x-chief Gleason's supportrs now?
As ALL the Holland Rats bail off x-chief's sinking ship, I have to wonder what they are now thinking, all his staunch supporters that went HOORAY when Judge Ponsor dismissed my suite against him for the illegal raid on my Holland home in 2003. I wonder how all his cheerleaders would feel if their homes and lives were torn apart on an affidavit full of lies.
Is it so hard now to believe he did commit perjury? He seems to have done everything else illegal.
I could not cover the burden of the cost to continue the civil lawsuite, but I feel I went far enough with the depositions to prove perjury on the part of the officers noted in the affidavit.
Crimes were committed by the Holland police and if the town continues to cover up the crimes of their police force then the town bears some responsability as well.
As the smart people in Holland know, there is more to come.
I am hoping for x-chief that more to come is in the form of Federal Charges and a strech in Federal Jail.
That is where he tried to put me with his lies, in Jail.
The truth is out there, I could not sell marijuana from my house while I was in the hospital, and I could not sell it to a C.I. #62 THAT WAS ALSO DOCUMENTED IN JAIL AT THE TIME THE POLICE CLAIM THEY WERE SITTING OUTSIDE MY HOUSE WITH HIM AND SENDING HIM IN TO BUY MARIJUANA. This is called perjury, and it was repeated three times in the affidavit and the depositions, and THAT IS A CRIME BY THE POLICE. I want this crime investigated!

words of wisdom 2
It's Liberty Mr Frei...
It says on the Court in Springfield "Obedience to law is Liberty"
By the way Liberty is a French word brought over here by refugees revolting from the oppressive Catholics that controlled Europe in the 15th and 16th centuries. The refugee's in question were Calvanists and they were being burned at the stake for refusing to "follow the law " and obey their Catholic aligned leaders. They were known as Huguenots. There is a monument in New Rochelle New York in Hudson Park. It simply states "Liberty " "a gift of the Huguenots."
Now the Huguenots had to defy the Law of the corrupt govt in order to attain Liberty Mr Frei. So the quote on the Courthouse is nothing more than propaganda. A way to indoctrinate the masses into the dronedome of blindly following the law. Even though some of those laws deny you Liberty.
What would have happened if Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, Geo. Washington, Benjamin Franklin and the rest of the Patriots had chosen to obey the law rather than revolt for independence. They would have been giving up their liberty by practicing obedience to the laws of the oppressive corrupt Govt of the day Mr Frei.
Because the quote is on a Courthouse is enough for the drones to blindly follow the authorative elite who chisel such flawed sayings into the fabric of our society. They want blind obedience to law. Some of which were formed in violation of the law. What then Mr Frei?
Liberty is the obedience to the principals as outlined in the greatest documents on this planet Mr Frei. The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America.
When laws are formed in the name of public safety that are in conflict with our Constitution then we all sacrifice liberty by allowing them on the books. Benjamin Franklin himself said he who sacrifices liberty for safety deserves neither.
Now I am not an extremist and recognize the need to control the masses to attain an orderly society. But who is it that benefits from this. Not your common drone.
So Mr Frei I say to you that liberty has nothing to do with obedience to law. Liberty was hard won by our forefathers who gave their all to violate and challenge the laws of their time in order to gift liberty to posterity. Don't you ever forget that Mr Frei.
Remember the Revolutionary Patriot who was hanged for violating the law of the day. His final words Give me Liberty or give me Death were the words of a criminal of the day Mr Frei, one who was not obedient to the law.
It is in their honor we challenge the corrupt ones infesting the Holland Town Hall Mr Frei.

MORE TO COME
To Carolyn Reardon and Captain Joint:
I sure hope you mean it when you wrote " there is more to come," because Mr. Johnson has gotten away with too much as far as many of us are concerned. Someone's got to stop this vicious man from lying and causing any more harm than he has caused over many years. Although I wasn't at Wed. meeting, I read about it in the news media and Ms. Reardon should talk to the reporters present to get their info and sue Mr. Johnson for defamation of character. He's a wicked, evil, corrupt, and self serving parasite.

Holland PD Outreach
Hello Holland. I must say the
"new" Holland PD is not wasting any time whatsoever in telling the public they are a proffessional orginization with ethics working for the common good here in our community.
Officer Duggan who is the Emergency Management Officer and Officer Forcier have both made contact with us and after almost an hour each of talks and discussion I do believe them.
I have also had cause to file a report with officer Morehouse who is extremely proffessional. I have yet to meet the acting Chief but will say he has some good men working under his command.
I know Officer Forcier was in the military and he gave a touching speach on Liberty and the sacrafices made when he was one of the speakers at Holland's Memorial day activities. He tells me he was choked up thinking of the many ultimate sacrafices made by Americans in the name of Freedom & Liberty.
After speaking at length with Officer Forcier i realize there is a big man wrapped up un that slight stature. He works full time at Assumption College Police Department. The Assumption Department is Commanded by retired Massachusetts State Police Commanders and it is evident in Officer Forciers bearing that they provide the highest standards of training there.
He is a family man and supplements his income by working twenty plus hours a week here in Holland after putting in his 40 hours at Assumption.
He is not here to gain experience to bring to a bigger town like so many other Former Holland Officers have done. He has another great job. He says he plans on staying in Holland for a long time to come and I say we are fortunate to have this Officer here in Holland.
Thank you for the Outreach Officers Forcier and Duggan. I wish you well working here in Holland as you Protect and Serve our little town.
Jim L

"I am the Officer"
The thing about Cops in small towns is they never get the credit they deserve..I know the crime rate in Holland isnt very high and it is a small town but crime does not discriminate and it happens EVERYWHERE! Let me give you an example if a City like Springfield calls for back up they have 10 cars within a matter of a couple minutes.. If Holland calls for help there lucky if it shows up in 10 or 15 minutes...This is crucial and very dangerous!! I happen to know all of the Holland Policeman well and there isnt one of them that isnt proud putting there uniform on and serving your Town with pride and dignity. I would like for you to read this poem and let me know if it changes your mind about the men and woman in blue who risk there lives for people they have never even met.
"I am the Officer"
I have been where you fear to be,
I have seen what you fear to see,
I have done what you fear to do -
All these things I have done for you.
I am the person you lean upon,
The one you cast your scorn upon,
The one you bring your troubles to -
All these people I've been for you.
The one you ask to stand apart,
The one you feel should have no heart,
The one you call "The Officer in Blue,"
But I'm just a person, just like you.
And through the years I've come to see,
That I am not always what you ask of me;
So, take this badge ... take this gun ...
Will you take it ... will anyone?
And when you watch a person die
And hear a battered baby cry,
Then do you think that you can be
All these things you ask of me?
Thank you and God Bless
With that useless EX-CHIEF of yours gone boys..keep your chins up and march on...Let Holland know their Police Department is there for them! Stay SAFE!
