Loved your report on Christmas Lights in town. Didn't get to see all the displays you highlighted but gives me something to look forward to next Christmas.

Bj up to the same old thing again?
Brian Jonson once again seen and heard making threats to an individual? I am afraid to say one more time I have witnessed piss poor behavior towards a tax payer by a town employee. Keep up the good work! The roads look great BUT.... I don't believe it says anywhere in his job description to flip people the bird or swerve and aggressively maneuver towards people coming to a stop at an intersection or to run your mouth off as personally seen fit for any reason. Just my opinion...

Why did Officer Shorty go up on private property and harrass a Citizen for shooting his firearms. Officer Shorty has been there before and knows there is always legal shooting by liscenced people on the Property. He went so far as to tell the legal shooter to go shoot someplace else. Shorty you know that the people there are liscenced to carry or have FID cards. The shooter was more than the required distance from any dwelling. What purpose can you have to confront people on PRIVATE property for exercising their second amendment rights? Did you re-write the United States Constitution ? This is not Gitmo. And then for you to say the Holland Police will not take any action against town officials who break the law just shows what kind of place this town really is.

SOUNDS LIKE JESSE

Real mature. Pick on Jesse rather than enforce the law you swore to protect. Real mature shortstuff. Wanna borrow a rag to wipe the brown stuff off your nose. Nice to know the folks of holland can get a fair shake....not

to: 2nd Gunman
Just for the record.. 2nd Gunman if you are shooting from the grassy knoll I would like you to know that you have missed clean... Just remember some of the rest of us don't miss. So I suggest you head back to the drill instructor and learn a lil bit more about honing in using windage and elevation before shooting your mouth off. If you don't have your facts straight someone innocent may end up your target.
P.S. On the other note I want you to know I was there with shooter when the conversation took place where a Holland officer did ask that from now on any complaint do to any illegal actions made by town gov. be taken up state police.

To Jeff Forcier AKA " Officer Shorty" .
" I do Solemnly Swear to protect AND defend the Constitution of the United States of America from ALL enemies both foriegn and domestic so help me God.".
..,,,Remember Jeff?????? You did take the Oath yet your actions are contrary to the Solemn Oath you swore... Check yourself ... Your conduct is a domestic threat to the very Constitution you swore a Sacred Oath to protect with you life if need be. WTF do you think you are doing????....Did you ever wonder if the conduct you demonstrate by violating "OUR" Solemn Oath and Sacred Trust is what led to incidents like Oklahoma City, Ruby Ridge, and other such actions...

Violating Public Trust
So here is the scoop.. Brian Johnson and his gang do not plow out the section of Lakeridge Drive that me and 4 other residents live on because he does not like us. Our neighbors hire private plows to clean the road to their house beyond ours. My son plows us most times and puts the snow where the town plows can get to it. Such was the case on the 12th of January when we got snow.
Well My son and his passenger told me on 12 January that Brian Johnson did have a road rage incident where he gave my Son the finger and ran him into a snowbank. Johnson then did make serious threats to my Son in a fit of rage. A witness verified my sons report.
So my Son contacted the Holland Police who would not take his report. My son then went to the State Police to file a complaint.
I am a Farmer and have over 15 head of Cattle and swine on our farm approx 1500 feet off mashapaug road. We also have an access easement off Chaffee Road. The animals are fed daily and a large feed truck brings feed every 7 to 9 days to our barn. They rely on the access road to bring the feed to the animals.
After my son reported Johnson's erratic road rage and threats to the police, Johnson responded by pushing all the surrounding snow into our road openings making it impossible to fully clear our road for access to our barn. This is now denying access by our feed trucks. I now hike in to feed our animals each day and our feed supply is dwindling fast. So I called the Holland Police after Johnson retaliated against my Son for reporting his thug like conduct. Officer Forcier had come to my home in the past as a community outreach worker and assured us that the law would apply to all.
Well when I called Officer Forcier he said there was nothing he could do about it and he would not make Johnson remove the blockage to our farm. I had him on speaker on my Phone and a Friend was sitting next to me when Officer Forcier told me he would no longer take an reports or action against Town Officials who break the law.
In the meantime Johnson's kindergarten antics and vindictiveness have caused innocent people who live beyond me on lakeridge to be denied vital town services. His abuse of power cause 15 head of livestock to be denied vital feed supplies. All because we caught his Daddy and his Police Chief with their hands in the till. What next...? I fear Johnson will escalate this to violence as he has promised and the Police will look the other way.

PUSHING YOUR SNOW TO THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD IS NOT SO THE TOWN COULD GET IT IT'S BEING AN ASSHOLE
Posted on 15 Jan 2011, 13:46 by Mike LaMountain
I think that Jeff is being portrayed unfairly here. He was willing to take my complaint, I chose to go file my report against Brian Johnson with the state police instead. I know from personal experience that if officer forcier were to pursue my complaint then the johnsons and wetflower would retaliate against him. I know Jeff to be a hard working family man and I would not ask him to risk his job because Brian Johnson and the rest of his gang act like they are still in kindergarten. I will instead file a complaint with the chief and whatever he does with it is up to him.
I know that our section of lakeridge drive was plowed for over 10 years and it all came to a stop when we started having problems with the town. In my eyes that is Bj's way of using town resources to punish/retaliate against us and to me that just isn't right. When we complain about it it's a big joke. Who should we complain to? Brian Johnson, Jim Wetflower? Maybe Earl or Mary Vandenburg will make sure we are treated fairly. I don't think that's going to happen. Unfortunately we have no relief and there is nothing we can do about it, it's just a big joke. I can only wonder how we will be punished next.
Posted on 15 Jan 2011, 13:55 by What would u do
Whose Snow ?????
Hey ...What would you do if the town did not plow lakeridge to your house. The snow is not our snow nor does it come from our driveway. OUR snow is piled on OUR property. The snow is in Lakeridge where we find it. It is the towns responsibility to plow ALL lakeridge drive, NOT just the in-breds and the McKooKoos from the other end of the road who Kiss the Johnson Azzes. So helping the town clear the section of Lakeridge leading to the rest of the houses makes it OK for Brian Johnsons to attack and bully us. .......? You call me an Asshole in your eyes but I think the real Kissers of Assholes live in your house.

Mike what you say is OK and thanks for clearing that up but Officer Forcier told me outright he would not take any reports from us against town officials who reak the law.
Posted on 15 Jan 2011, 14:35 by J.p.L
Ok Mike. How do you justify Shorty coming onto our land without permission to tell the Citizen that was legally shooting there to go shoot elsewhere.
Posted on 15 Jan 2011, 14:46 by CRIMINALS
WICH OF YOU COULD LEGALLY OWN A GUN YOU ALL HAVE RECORDS ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE 14 YR OLD
Posted on 15 Jan 2011, 15:05 by J....P....L....
The Police KNOW that my son has an FID permit and his GF has a Permit to carry a concealed weapon. The Police have come to our land without permission other times and have always found any shooters to have the proper permits and the shooting to be taking place in an area more than 500 feet from any neighbors houses or roads. The Officer came on our land without permission or warrant and harassed the guest who was shooting going so far as to tell him to go shoot somewhere else. If this was not Holland the Officer would NEVER conduct himself in such a manner.
ALL shooting on our FARM Land is allowed and the Police KNOW this. This is just more of the same where Holland Officials ignore protected private property rights and town Officials ignore the laws they are sworn to uphold. Not that you REALLY care about such things.

Holland Police sliding back into Feudalism?
People do have short memories; remember Earl Johnson’s buddy Kevin Gleason?
Is the Department trusted with upholding Law and Order and to treat every individual equal under the law slowly drifting back to servitude towards corrupt town officials?
Watching the latest feud initiated by Brian Johnson, the above question looms heavy over our little town.
Let me be brief, as long as the control of the Holland Police Department is in the hands of a corrupt individual lacking integrity nothing will change, it will only escalate. I’m not taking about our chief of Police, Bryan Haughey, I’m talking about his Superior. Who would that be?
In little towns throughout the Commonwealth the members of the Board of Selectmen, of which Wettlaufer is still the chairman, also act as Police Commissioners. They hire, fire, and therefore control the Police Department.
A difficult position for any police officer, including the acting chief Bryan Haughey, to be in. I couldn’t do it!

Earl Johnson's Gone
Where have you all been? Just FYI - Earl Johnson cannot hurt any Hollandite anymore right now because he's been away in a nursing home for quite awhile. He's surely a case of GONE but NOT FORGOTTEN....

Checks and Balances
The snow pile restricting access to the 24/7 accessible board where meetings need to be published got bigger instead of getting removed.
As a taxpayer and voter and longtime resident I still do not have the access to the information granted to me by the Open Meeting Law.
I never understood why I felt like walking into some one's home when I made a visit to our town hall. I felt like intruding a 'hunky dory' family who wants to be among themselves. Lately I realized reading this blog that most individuals, especially our Town Clerk, and in the past individuals like Earl Johnson, take on too much.
As the old saying goes, "If you want to test a man's character, give him power."
I had forgotton about the inconsistencies that plagued the assessors office way back when Earl Johnson was a member of the Board trusted with assessing our properties.
The conveyance of the property on Stafford Road to his family, well documented on this blog, brings home the point what kind of damage a community is prone to when a man with a disposition to help himself first and then the community is sitting on different boards at the same time and this for years.
Our nation was built on the principle of 'checks and balances.' This principle can hardly work if individuals take on different positions at the same time and stay there for years.

Brian must have read your post because the snow has been cleared from in front of the message board . Not that it matters if you see the condition of the board.

The peaceful anti govt protests in Egypt have turned violent after pro govt people stormed the progresses with bullwhips on horseback. That is what will be next here in Holland. Our corrupt Officials will send out goons with violent intent.

You may ask, who is Stephen Salviuolo?
He is an oil-delivery man who delivers oil for Tasse Oil Company out of Southbridge.
I know Stephen Salviuolo because he threatened to kill me. I pressed charges against him and he was arraigned on July 28, 2010. The charge is threatening to commit a crime, the crime of murder.
He will face a jury trial on May 2, 2011.
Hiding behind his 10 year old daughter, he cowardly had his daughter post unanimously at least one nasty comment.
What is the world coming to??
I hope readers of the HOlland Blog don't have to deal with this creep and you get your oil somewhere else and not from Tasse.
Posted on 3 Feb 2011, 16:47 by My oil guy
Stephen very nice guy
Posted on 9 Feb 2011, 11:30 by Jeff M
Peter, Why would you post something about Stephen Salviuolo on this blog. He has nothing to do with any of the problems that are going on in Holland. I am a regular reader of your blog and feel that you are writting comments just to write... Remember we are all human and sometime life pushes us to points we never want to be at. No one is perfect... Stick to exposing the coruption, you are good at that...
Posted on 9 Feb 2011, 11:40 by Peter Frei
You Are Wrong..
Stephen Salviuolo has a lot to do with the Holland Blog. If there wouldn't be a Holland Blog, I would have never met Stephen Salviuolo.
There will be much more about Stephen Salviuolo on this blog in due time.
Stephen Salviuolo's conduct has a lot to do with corruption, in that sense it is fitting to expose him here.
Posted on 9 Feb 2011, 11:48 by Jeff M
Am I missing something?
Does he work for the town? Does he live in Holland? Why would he threaten you?
Posted on 9 Feb 2011, 12:11 by Peter Frei
Yes, you are missing a lot.
Why don't you ask Stephen whether a Municipality (unknowingly) payed some of the gas he burned on Cedar Lake.
It is not a good idea to yell at me in public like a baboon and to threaten me with murder. But I guess he is not smart enough to take responsibility for his actions and clean up his act.
Not perfect?? Stephen Salviuolo who works for Tasse Oil Company is far from not being perfect.
As I said, in due time. This exchange will end here. Due time will be after the trial he faces on criminal charges levied against him by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
