Gleason a free man for another three days!
Today’s hearing during which Superior Court Judge Peter Velis was suppose to take ex police chief Kevin Gleason into custody and have him transferred to the Hampden County Correctional Center in Ludlow was postponed to Friday October 1st, as assistant District Attorney James C. Orenstein celebrated Yom Kippur, a Jewish holiday. Earl Johnson will have a last chance to have breakfast at HooYas with his buddy Kevin Friday morning. However, the duo won’t be riding in the sharp Dodge cruiser of the HPD with the tinted windows.Peter Frei

It is hard enough for Gleason that he needs to go to Jail. You all don't need to act like a pack of Hyena's over the issue. It is done now. We defeated the man. Now lets move on to the next challenge.

Johnson says Goodbye to Gleason
Earl Johnson was seen this morning leaving the apartment complex where Former Holland Police Chief and Johnson Co-Conspiriter Kevin Gleason resides. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall for that tearful farewell. Johnson was seen "EARL-EEE" this morning slinking away from the abode of our de throned Roscoe P Coltraine wanna be.
Boss Hog ( Earl Johnson) was probably providing Gleason with hush monies as rumor has it Gleason is about to spill his guts.
Thank you alert observer for following our fearless leader Earl Johnson and confirming the sighting.

Oh I hope the rumors are true and Gleason does spill his guts about Johnson. Hopefully he'll break down in jail as he pays for his crimes and Johnson still gets away with corruption.... And you are not alone Big Brother because a recent private poll revealed most residents also BELIEVE Johnson is crooked, corrupt and should be in jail also. Unfortunately those residents don't want repercussions while Johnson's still in office.... Holland voters/taxpayers need to take a stand once and for all...

GLEASON RESTITUTION PAID BY TAXPAYERS
Hey Guess what????? Kevin Gleason got a pension when he left for the time he spent robbing Holland. Earl Johnson and the other Selectmen sponsered articles on the town warrent, stacked special town meetings and voted in pensions and health insurance for part time town employees. ( no wonder the Town Clerk and Scotty praise em.)
Now it is said Gleason will pay the Town Back out of his Holland Pension. The guy left in disgrace due to criminal activities according to Wettlaufer who helped ease the Chiefs Exit by advising him to resign. Wettlaufer warned Gleason that the State Police had discovered his theivery after the machine gun went missing.
So now Gleason Gets his pension and uses it to pay his restitution. There should be no pensions at all for the work we get out of our town hall from the crooked.
Thank you Holland Leadership for screwing us taxpayers over.

Bubba Gets Gleason?
According to the Southbridge evening news the town insurance company is investigating our town. Seems that is not all that is going on as word has it that Gleason has been moved from the Jail at Ludlow to an undisclosed facility due to an incident there at Ludlow.
Could it be that It did not take Bubba too long to make Gleason his new GF...???

AGENT SCOTT E. HALEY & X-CHIEF KEVIN P. GLEASON SHOULD BOTH STILL BE IN VESTIGATED BY THE F.B.I.
I am a really happy guy that Fat boy gleason went down and is in the system. Him spilling his guts would make a lot of people in Holland nervous I am sure.
I am hoping he is talking to the F.B.I. about how he conspired with Agent Scott E. Haley of Palmer District to try and set me up with lies and false statements (perjury) on the affidavit he used to get the no-knock search warrant on my family's home while I was sick in the hospital.
I still want to know why Judge Ponsor never looked at the civil rights violations in the case, along with the false evidence the cops tried to provide the court to fluff out their false claims against me.
Just ask them who "C.I. #62" is. The C.I. they claim they sent into my home to buy marijuana from me 3 times.
C.I. #62 is MICHAEL ZELONIS, and he was IN JAIL when both Gleason and Haley claimed they were at the bottom of my driveway sending him into my home. Their depositions are posted at captainjoint.com and if you read them you will see that the two top cops on the case can not even get their stories straight as to what cop was at what marijuana buy. This is because they lied and perjured themselves both in the affidavit of 2003 and the depositions (sworn statements) taken in 2008.
Maybe the F.B.I. is already on this...
I hope so.

Now that Gleason is in Jail, I'm going for Agent Scott E. Haley
Now that Gleason's in Jail, I am seeking the arrest of Special Agent Scott E. Haley for his crimes. If any one has information on him, please turn it in to the Palmer P.D. and at FBI.GOV.
Thank You, Here's the story...
I would like to report that Special Agent Scott E. Haley of Palmer Dist., Mass., did commit perjury both on an affidavit used to get a warrent in Holland Mass on my family home, as well as on a sworn deposition taken in 2008 (deposition posted at captainjoint.com for public viewing) The perjury consists of 3 marijuana sales that could never have happened. He claims he sent a C.I. #62 into my home to buy marijuana from me. My claim is that C.I.#62 is Michael Zelonis of Holland Mass., and this person I know was in jail on the dates he was documented buying marijuana from me. I was in the hospital on these dates, and hospital documents can be checked.
Agent Haley also stated in his deposition that the C.I. #62 was in and out of my home and kept him up on my medical condition, that I had "tubes and stuff" sticking out of my arms prior to the raid. I had no such medical devices prior to the raid and was in the hospital when they battered my doors in on my children. This can also be checked by my medical records.
False evidence that had been manufactured was presented to the court prior to all charges being dismissed in this case. That too is a crime.
I would like these crimes investigated.
I am sending a copy of this complaint to FBI.GOV
