If you pulled your boat out of the water right after the unofficial end of summer on Labor Day, you missed out on the bonus weekends Horae treated us to this year.
With a high of 89 degrees yesterday, we were just one degree shy of the all time record high temperature. The water temperature still allow my daily swim across the lake.
Tom Kenney is among those who still enjoy the lake. Just yesterday he was cruising by with a dozen people on board his Sun Tracker while I was swimming across the lake. Tom Kenney lives with his wife Jacqueleen on 17 Barclay Street here in Holland.
Tom’s party boat is not just another party boat, Tom is going high tech!
On first sight, Tom’s outboard motor does not look any different. On closer examination, one notices instead of a feeder tube providing gasoline to his propulsion system, two wires that lead up to his motor.
