Maybe he is not as busy as many of us would like to believe; the funds our town receives from the state for repairs of our roads and ways pursuant chapter 90 have been transferred to our selectboard’s discretionary account instead to be spent for their intended purpose.
The Summary describing his construction business lists other employees of the Highway Department; Scott Gendreau as vice president, Kyle Rutkowski as director, and Brian Johnson’s brother Eric as secretary.

Vice President Scott Gendreau lives on 19 Kimball Hill Road, the road which was subject to discussion at one of the selectboard meetings last month. The road was singled out to be paved, not to say that it does not need attention (which road in Holland doesn’t?) Scott Gendreau was also one of the two nominees for the one year term on the Planning Board at this year’s caucus. Scott Gendreau and Brian Johnson both attended Tantasqua Regional High School between 1992 and 1996.
The Annual Report for the past year is signed by Brian Johnson, Chairman of the board of directors. Click on any bold/italic text to follow the link to read the documents.
The Annual Report for the past year lists Brian Johnson as the registered agent and the corporation’s principal office address as, 24 Hampden Ave in Monson, MA 01057. This is the address of Brian’s brother Eric, the same brother who originally built and later sold the house off of Stafford Road, one of the two houses that were illegally built by two sons of selectmen Earl Johnson as they have no frontage and are part of the Johnson Landgate scandal.
On March 24, 2009, Brian Johnson changed the address of the principal office to 61 Stafford Road and added Kyle Rutkowski, with address of 22 Stony Hill Road, Holland MA 01521 as Director. Rutkowski works for the Highway Department as well. Click here, to read the Statement of Change.
The Articles of Organization lists our elected Highway Superintendent Brian Johnson’s private residence at 61 Stafford Road, Holland, MA 01521, as the corporation’s principal office. Click here to read the Articles of Organization.
