Attention, Holland blogger's, I agree with you Holland needs your help. Here is your chance to "make a difference".

Our town is in a pattern of corruption dating back more than 25 years when the leading member of our town government, Earl Johnson, has orchestrated a takeover of our town ethics and values. He has also taken town land and transferred it to his family. He has populated the town offices with thugs and nobody working for the town dare oppose him or his family for fear of retribution. Our Police Chief had almost zero experience in law enforcement before Johnson and company gave him the job as top-cop in Holland. The Chief Kevin P. Gleason has been the subject of many blog entries and comments here. He was driven out of the Southbridge PD where he was a rent a cop, He was run out as part of a deal after the Southbridge cops found him a drunken wreck on the side of the road after he rolled his Jeep when he left the bar after it closed.

At the town caucus, Johnson and gang blocked the nominations of any opposition candidates by voting twice and re-opening closed nominations. When Johnson was challenged on the floor about his questionable tactics, he said, “'we do it this way because that‘s the way we always do it". Selectmen Wettlaufer and his family also turned out in support of Johnson.

FOUR individuals and their families control more than 20 town offices. Their close friends control another 20 plus positions. When asked by state officials why most of our officials are holding multiple offices, Wettlaufer , Johnson, Peterson, and Fife told the state officials "nobody else will run." No one wants to get involved.

WE NEED 8 HONEST ETHICAL CANDIDATES TO FILL TOWN SEATS THIS ELECTION.

Job requirements are a commitment of at least one meeting every 2 weeks, as well as making yourself available for conferences as required.

People skills and an open mind is a must. You do not need to have a college education, a high school diploma will suffice and provide you with the skills required to help our community.

There are a few good people in our town government. These individuals are afraid to speak out for fear of retaliation.

This campaign will post the names of the write-in candidates less than a week before the election. To disclose the candidates identity sooner would invite retaliation against the candidates and their family's.

Earl Johnson and his gang have a history of violating the civil rights of those who oppose them politically or speak out otherwise against them. Including a former police officer who was paid a settlement after she settled a multi-count federal civil rights lawsuit. Johnson and Gleason targeted her for reprisal after she ran against Johnson for the selectman position in 2004. Click here to read the complaint in the matter, Stacey Quinones v. Chad Brigham has filed another lawsuit after Earl Johnson and his son Brian Johnson illegally barricaded Brigham‘s lake front property on Mashapaugh Road after Brigham ran against Johnson for the selectman position in 2007. Johnson had Brigham illegally jailed by Gleason when he went on his land for a cookout after the post-election barricades were installed. Brigham was exonerated after the false arrest and is seeking compensation for damages in the Federal Court.

We will post open position up for election that we intend to fill with a synopsis of who has the seat now.

RIGHT NOW, we need those of you who want to get involved to contribute to this cause by telling your friends. Each of you needs to attend the annual town meeting and invite at least two of your friends and neighbors.
