Pictures speak a thousand words is an age-old saying, and with digital technology it does not cost anything to incorporate pictures in posts on this blog. The last five posts were text-only posts and I thought it would be nice to include a picture of the “Headquarters” of Brian Johnson’s J AND G CONSTRUCTION Corporation in the previous post.

“Armed” with a small digital camera I drove to 61 Stafford Road, pulled over and took this picture, the first one:

Picture no.2:
Time stamp: 2009-9-30 6:01PM. I was about to leave and go home, when I noticed Brian Johnson storming out of the house (wearing only his socks and no shoes as I later noticed).

Picture no.3:
Time stamp: 2009-9-30 6:01PM. Brian got into a bright colored passenger car and sped up towards Stafford Road away from the house. Brian Johnson parked his car at the end of his drive way at 61 Stafford Road and rushed over to the driver side of my car. He grabbed the door handle of my car ( only two doors) and tried to open the door while screaming “you fucking scum bag, you piece of shit” over and over again. My car has a feature that locks the door as soon as you put the transmission into “Drive.” In the spur of the moment I was not aware of the fact that the door was locked and wondered what he might do. After his tirade of explicit language was over he said “you were on my property, I will have you arrested for trespassing!” He took out his cell phone and made calls.

Brian now had his neighbor, Alexander A Haney the third, also called Buddy, standing behind my car so I could not backup anymore. I tried to go around Brian but he stepped into the middle of the road to block my way.

Time stamp: 2009-9-30 6:03PM. I shutoff the engine, I was unable to move. Alexander Haney came up to the driver door and tried to open it using all kinds of explicit language. With one of his fists he punched against the passenger window trying to break it. Time stamp: 2009-9-30 6:03PM.

Eventually Brian Haughey, acting chief of police of the Holland PD arrived on the scene. He ordered Brian and Alexander Haney to step away and told me to pull over to the side of the road. He asked, & ldquo;What is going on?” I told him that I was just taking a picture of Brian’s residence for the Holland Blog and explained him that I would write a piece about the fact that Brian Johnson would run a corporation out of his house. Acting Chief Haughey was very cam and professional.

Thereafter he talked to Brian Johnson and Alexander Haney. I heard them say that they both (Brian Johnson and his neighbor) saw me on Brian’s property trespassing.

Trooper John A. Puccia, ID#2438, from the State Police arrived moments later in a cruiser. Unlike acting Chief Haughey, Trooper Puccia arrived with a preconceived opinion. He did not seem to be interested to find out what really happened. Among other things, Puccia stated that next time he would arrest me, insinuating that I in fact was on Brian Johnson’s property trespassing. He had no interest to hear my side of the story and stated, “you are harassing this guy. How would you feel if someone would take pictures of your house?” I told him that I was just taking a picture for the Holland Blog. He admitted reading the Holland Blog and that he was familiar with the blog. I do not recall his exact words but it was clear that he did not approve of it. Trooper John Puccia was very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to have a clue about the rights of every individual under the Constitution of the United States. Puccia’s conduct is the kind of behavior that tarnishes an entire police force.

Instead of informing Brian Johnson that Stafford Road is not his property despite the fact of him being the son of Earl and Highway Superintendent, he ordered me out of my car to walk me up to the two markers along Stafford Road to show me where Brian’s property line was. I corrected Trooper Puccia as he used the word “next time” again in connection with “ trespassing,” that I never was on Brian’s property, that I do not have any intention/ reason to go there, and that I’m not interested to see where the markers are as I never left the road.

Puccia thereafter issued a verbal “no-trespass order” to me and informed me that I would get a written copy in the mail, (he never did).

I can not claim that I try to please everybody as I don’t. For some law enforcement officers I’m a hero for exposing Kevin Gleason and they recognize that the Holland Blog was instrumenta l to oust one of the bad apples. Trooper Puccia clearly does not belong to that group.

Trooper Puccia, I know that you sooner or later will read this post. I never had a chance to answer your question; no, I don’t mind if people take pictures of my house, it happens all the time during the summer and I’m proud every time it happens.

I built my house mostly with my own hands and am proud about what I did, I don’t have anything to hide. I still don’t get it, what is wrong about taking pictures as long as there is no trespassing involved?? I even posted pictures of my house on the Telegram and Gazette webblog about Holland, they are still there, check it out! Furthermore, 61 Stafford Road is the house of a town official and also the corporate office of Brian Johnson’s firm... Really, I just don& rsquo;t get it...

Time stamp: 2009-9-30 6:28PM. I took this picture just before I left; the people in the picture from left to right: Acting Chief Brian Haughey (just his right arm is in the picture),Trooper Puccia, Alexander Haney (green T-shirt), Brian Johnson, and two uninvolved onlookers.

Brian Johnson did not succeed to have me arrested despite the fact that his neighbor, Alexander Haney (guy in picture no.8) ganged-up and lied with and for him.

What saved the day and proved my story to be true was acting Chief Brian Haughey’s sharp mind in connection with the pictures shown here. Our acting Chief, Brian Haughey had a genuine interest to find-out what really happened and recognized that the pictures tell the true story.

Picture no.1 was taken from the road from the spot my car was parked and it could not have been taken during the 25 minutes I was trapped in my car, why? The picture shows the passenger car parked in front of the house, the very car Brian Johnson drove down his 800’ drive way and parked it there were it still was at the time.

One of the Brians, Brian (Haughey) now knows that the other Brian (Brian Johnson) is a liar... I wonder if this is the reason why acting Chief Haughey has no interest to actually become Chief in our community. Earl Johnson and the other two selectmen would be his bosses. If you dance with the devil you don’t change the devil the devil changes you; another age-old saying. It just proves the point that nothing is going to change as long as Holland puts up with the Johnson’ s and the Wettlaufer’s.

How many nice officers such as Herb Duggen need to leave the sinking ship until we all change things for the good?

I learned that the Johnson effort to “criminalize” their political opponents is ongoing. Yesterday morning, Kristen Johnson, the wife of Brian Johnson, called the State Police barracks in Sturbridge claiming that she fears for the lives of her children and for her own life, that she is afraid to leave the house because of me. She allegedly was crying and very convincing and tried to get them to help her to get a restraining order against me. Sound familiar?

Kristen L. Johnson, Brian’s wife wrote the following in a signed statement to the Palmer District Court during her feud with James LaMountain:

I can not stress enough the impact that this has had on the quality of my life and my children& rsquo;s lives [interesting how she puts herself first]. I no longer take my children outside in my own yard to play for fear that James LaMountain or one of his friends or family [I’ m guilty by association] could cause harm to us. I have become a prisoner in my own home, always double locking doors and windows routinely checking numerous times daily. I no longer frequent town business’s for fear that I will be faced with confrontation with any of the named above offenders [I was named as having taken pictures of her and her house at another time, which makes me an “offender” in her opinion]. This has been an ongoing issue for month and month. I’m begging the Court System to finally put an end to this so that I may resume a fear free life as the upstanding citizen that I am, and able to rebuild a better quality of life for myself and my children [again, she puts herself first!].
